Food MAYhem! Time to get hungry again! 31 days of May, 31 dishes to salivate all over again!

Really happy that my Curry Chicken turned out as I wanted it too. Red-hot and spicy with just enough "kick"!


肉骨茶 (Bak Kut Teh or Pork Ribs Tea Soup) just the way I like it: full of pepper and MUSHROOM MADNESS!

Forget 三菜一汤... it's now 三汤一饭! (Not sure what got over me, but I really cooked 3 different soups for dinner here... I'm crazy!)

"Rainbow" Fried Rice with carrots, mushrooms, french beans and pork

The closest I can get to Fried Beef Kway Teow... The Kway Teow (Rice Noodles) were a little too small for my liking, which is why it ended up becoming so squashed up.


Leek and Chicken Stew again, with a little twist... Wine not?


Singapore-"Carbonara": Experimenting in the kitchen with the Italian Carbonara recipe. Replaced the bacon with minced meat, added capsicum (paprika) to give the Red (looked more orange in the end) and the Tartare Cream for the White.


"Rainbow" Porridge: Aside from the tuna fish floss and egg, it's entirely veggies only (plus Chilli of course)
