Explosion of Home-Cooked Flavours in Graz (2)

Back in Graz after almost a full month away during the Easter break. After spending so much money while trotting around, it was time to save some by not eating out and cooking your own meals. (May 2014)

Looking back, I have to say that, it's really quite fun once you get the hang of things in the kitchen. You really get to enjoy it even more when you have guests around for lunch or dinner. Back in Singapore, everyone's schedule is always packed, it's so hard to find a common time to invite people over for dinner. So if there's one thing I miss, it's cooking for my brothers and sisters. No kidding...

French Beans Omelette + Spaghetti in Spicy Tomato-based Sauce (29th April 2014)

Sambal Fried Rice for my Singaporean brothers! (2nd May 2014)

Mixed Vegetables (with Beansprouts and Black Fungus) (3rd May 2014)

Pork with Mushrooms and Shrimps and a tiny bit of Sambal Chilli (3rd May 2014)

Mummy's Signature Sweet Corn Soup with onions and carrots. Plus my extra ingredient: Champignons (3rd May 2014)

Sambal Pepper Beef with Onions and a tinge of red wine (5th May 2014)

Mixed Vegetables and Shrimps in Thai Curry Sauce (5th May 2014)
